Jeff Buccellato - Editor/Filmmaker
Jeff Buccellato is an award-winning editor and filmmaker with over 20 years of experience creating scripted and documentary films. Based in Los Angeles, Buccellato brings documentary, scripted and promotional films to life through his production company, Expansion Pictures.
Jeff shot his first short film at the age of 19, and since, he has continued to oversee the creative direction of a diverse range of notable projects. His work has appeared in film festivals across the world, broadcast television, scores of websites and the cinema. He is often hired for his expertise in directing, editing and music composition. His broadcast television credits include programming for The National Geographic Channel, The Science Channel, Discovery, Animal Planet, and The History Channel to name a few.
Expansion Pictures has produced a number of corporate and non-profit projects that have won awards and have helped organizations get their message seen, heard and remembered. Clients include the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, PBS, Corwin Press, The Associated Humane Societies of New Jersey and TEDx.
He is currently developing a feature film.
